The Schroth Method

a technique that prevents curve progression through spinal stabilization and improved body mechanics utilizing the three core principles of:

Elongation & De-Rotation including gentle lengthening of the spine and reducing rotational imbalances to improve overall alignment.

Rotational Breathing with targeted that help expand areas of the ribcage affected by scoliosis. This improves lung capacity while also supporting postural correction.

Muscle Activation & Stability through specific positioning and isometric muscle engagement, the body learns how to stabilize corrected positions, helping improvements carry over into everyday movement.
